You Still Are Not Getting It!!

The first thing. I teach is the breath and it’s importance. Its vital function in all things including.your state of emotional being.

Then why are you still asking how come your technique is weak and miss guided. You are focused so much.on ability of the physical and not strengthen you physical breath action.

It was taught to me as I teach to you that by voluntarily changing the rate, depth, and pattern of breathing, we can change the signals being sent from the body’s respiratory system to the brain. In this way, breathing techniques provide a gateway to the bodies network through which we can, by changing our breathing patterns, send specific messages to the brain using the special language  of the body, a language the brain understands and to which it responds.

I spend hours upon hours moving and breathing a certain way at certain times to develop a sense and an intentional breath action. I teach you to increase the 
heart rate variability. The better  the heart rate variability the healthier and stronger  the stress response system is.

This breathing things is now being recognized as a recovery from many illnesses like depression and anxiety and addiction. Still it’s being miss taught because many go from improper technique to another improper action.

These actions can still cause and hold the sickness within.
what  I am asking is for you to take your time on your living journey.
